Juan Muñoz

The catalogue of the Juan Muñoz retrospective at the Palacio de Velázquez. The curator wanted the title of the exhibition and the catalogue to reflect the way Juan Muñoz’s work was built upon dialectics of attention and indifference, two poles referred to in the book’s numerous essays, which are interspersed with various conversations with the artist at different points of his career. The catalogue also includes texts written by Muñoz himself, which serve as commentary, tangentially touching or fully confronting the reproductions of his plastic works.
