Pipilotti Rist. Apricots along the Streets

Pipilotti Rist’s exhibition in the Museo Reina Sofia, the first made in Spain, is composed by five video-installations, a selection of what is considered her most representative works since 1994. The catalogue is presented as an artist book, in Rist’s words ‘formed by photographs and video stills, poems, facsimile drawings and other hints with her clarifications; namely, an encyclopedia of the afternoons in alphabetical disorder. The book will celebrate life, it will be charming, compassionate, charged with details to get lost and survival strategies to discover´.
